Payment for the remaining 80% is due 60 days prior to your vacation time. If your reservation is made less than 60 days prior, the full amount is owed at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy: The value of one night's stay is non-refundable. From date of deposit to 60 days prior we can refund 90% of the fees for your remaining reserved nights. At 60 days prior, only nights we are able to rebook are refundable, on the following scale, determined by the number of days left until your scheduled "in-date". Amount of the refund (Based on the total rebooked nights, less first night deposit):
Cancellation date 59-50 days- 80% | 49-40 days- 70% | 39-30 days- 60% | 29-15 days- 50% | 15-7 days-40% | 6-1 days 30% | No refunds on cancellations notified on the in-date or later. Refunds are sent after your scheduled dates.
