Booked NIGHTS and time blocked for our own use are marked with a RED X. Your vacation must start and continue on numbered dates. Departure date should be the first booked NIGHT of the next booking. We prefer to book our calendar so that there are no "gaps" of 1, 2 or 3 nights that cannot be rented, especially where there is plenty of advance. CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: Prefer booking Dec 20-26/27 and Dec 26/27-Jan 2/3 or at least 10 nights from Dec 20-Jan 2 For Sunday or Mexican holiday departures, please add a cleaning fee of $75. Mexico Holidays are Jan 1, Feb 5, Mar 21, May 1, Sep 16, Nov 20, Dec 25.
