Description: 2003 new construction with top-notch amenities, including fullsized washer/dryer, dishwasher, zoned mini-split AC | 2478 square feet of living space | 2 bedrooms: Master with king bed, Additional bedroom with 2 doubles | Queen Sofabed in the TV room sleeps 2 | The kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and bright, opening to the huge wrap-around private terrace equipped with gas BBQ. A table on the terrace is perfect for leisure breakfasts. No matter how hot or humid the day, this home provides maximum comfort!

Bathrooms: 2 1/2 marble-tiled bathrooms: 2 full, 1 with bathtub plus one half-bath. All towels supplied.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to North American standards, with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, 6 burner gas stove, and dishwasher plus microwave, pots and pans, glassware, and the all-important blender, toaster and coffeemaker for festive evenings and convenient and cozy breakfasts on the terrace. The kitchen is open to the living area and bay view and has a pass-through counter and eating bar with 3 bar chairs.

Housekeeping: Maid service is provided before and after your stay and once a week for stays of at least 10 nights. We can arrange for daily maid service for an extra fee. All linens are provided.

Smoking: Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

Pets: So sorry. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

In the middle of town life! - (but in a quiet haven) The Old Town area is filled with Mexicans, expats, tourists, schools, hotels, great restaurants and bars, bookstores, supermarkets, nightclubs, condominiums, banks, parks, bakeries, homes - and nearby Playa Los Muertos, the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta. A wonderful blend of old and new; laid back and bustling; a true 'neighborhood'. The flavor is international, with the Mexican relaxed pace and enjoyment of life. Absolutely everything is located within an easy walk. Shopping on the beach, suntanning, eating and drinking, parasailing, dancing, horseback riding, swimming, whale watching, dolphins leaping; all of that and more awaits you south of the Rio Cuale in the Zona Romantica in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta.

Centrally located: This condo is located in the historic "Zona Romantica" about 4 blocks east of the beach and just south of Basillo Badillo (an area also known as restaurant row). There are no steep hills to climb, it's an easy walk to everything! From here it's just a short walk to the plaza Olas Altas where you can pick up a bus to any part of Puerto Vallarta for 6.5 pesos (about 70 cents U.S.). Of course, taxis abound everywhere. Restaurants, galleries, shops and more are just steps away.
