Booked NIGHTS and time blocked for our own use are marked with various shades of RED.
Half-blocked dates are transitional days for departure/arrival. We prefer to book our calendar so that there are no "gaps" of 1, 2 or 3 nights that cannot be rented, especially where there is plenty of advance.
For Sunday or Mexican holiday departures, please add a cleaning fee of $75.
Mexico Holidays are Jan 1, Feb 5, Mar 21, May 1, Sep 16, Nov 20, Dec 25.
