The perfect getaway- a one bedroom OCEANFRONT condo right on the gorgeous sandy Flamingos Beach in Nuevo Vallarta. This 5th Floor home has a full-width terrace and optimal Banderas Bay views. The bedroom is 3 steps above the living area and has a large opening overlooking it which can be closed for privacy or left open to the view (see photo). Enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of this perfect location with all the amenities of a top resort, including a well-maintained infinity pool with swim-up bar. A variety of restaurants offering breakfast to poolside burgers and tacos to fine dining are on-site, with the option for adding an all-inclusive meal package for ultimate relaxation. The town of Bucerias with a multitude of shops and restaurants is a short drive away

A table on the terrace is perfect for leisure breakfasts. Bedroom: 1 King bed and large closet. Bedroom opens to living area and full ocean views or can be made private with shutters (see photo)

Bathroom: 1 full marble-tiled bathroom with shower/bath combo. All towels supplied.

Kitchen: The basic kitchen has a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave, pots and pans, glassware, and the all-important blender, toaster and coffeemaker for festive evenings and convenient and cozy breakfasts on the terrace. The kitchen is open to the living area.

Housekeeping: Maid service is provided before and after your stay and once a week for stays over 10 nights. The front desk can arrange for daily maid service for an extra fee. All linens are provided.

Smoking: Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

Pets: So sorry. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.
